It would depend on the cause of your hot flashes. If they are related to hormone imbalances, then yes. If they are related to other issues, we recommend consulting your doctor.
Does this also help with night sweats?
With regard to menopausal symptoms, night sweats are the night time version of hot flashes, but ultimately it would depend on the cause of your night sweats. If they are related to hormone imbalances, then yes. Some people have mentioned that it has helped with this, but we have not yet validated the claims with any studies.
To alleviate Hot Flashes, do I need to take all three lozenges?
