Rebalance Health received great results from our initial study and we are looking to expand our research with a new randomized study.
The initial study showed our product has helped provide relief from hot flashes and other symptoms related to menopause and perimenopause.
Here's what you will do
1) Complete Hot Flash Study Application Survey
2) Keep an eye out for an email from study@rebalancehealth.com letting you know if you qualified to participate.
3) Schedule your 1 on 1 to review and Complete the Informed Consent form
4) When accepted into the program you agree to take the Rebalance Health Hot Flash System for a period of 90 days and fill out the daily questionnaire as well as a final questionnaire after day 90.

90-Day Study
What you will get
1) 3 months of Hot Flash System™ or 3 months of the Placebo. Shipped monthly as long as you are in compliance.
2) Upon completion of the study you will receive an additional 12 months of the Hot Flash System™
