Refund Policy

30 Day Money-Back Guarantee

Rebalance will refund a Client’s purchase as part of its 30-day money-back guarantee when they send back the required amount of the product based on their specific system within 30 days of purchase. The Client/Advisor must pay for the shipping cost to send the product back to Rebalance headquarters. Reach out to our Customer Service Team at cs@rebalancehealth.com for a return authorization (RMA). Include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of your box.

Additional Details based on supply:

90-Day Supply

To qualify for a refund, you must return at least two of the three month’s supply (two unopened morning pouches, afternoon pouches, and bedtime pouches) of your unused product to us along with the jars.

30-Day Supply

To qualify for a refund, you must return at least 25% of your unused product to us along with the jars at your cost.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive your returned order, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card processor.
