Great addition for ADHD and suspected perimenopause regiment!

I find my ADHD meds don't work very well the week of my period. I'm also approaching that age where it's hard to tell if my symptoms are purely ADHD, or if they could also be a result of perimenopause. When I saw these, I figured I had to snatch them up, as I've had good luck previously with teas made with lion's mane and other adaptogens. These do the trick! I liked the calming and focused effect i feel with them during my work day, especially during the week my ADHD meds aren't fully effective. I liked them so much, I ended up trying the Dream mints and those are game changers too! Fall right to sleep and stay asleep throughout the night. Wake up feeling well, and not exhausted.
