I've only been taking them for a day and a half so I can't really say anything about it until I see a difference so far I like the the cooling that makes you feel when you take home but like I said I've only been taking them for a day and a half so I can't just straight out say that it's good because I had I don't know yet but I do like the way it makes me my body feel it makes me feel really cool inside I'm hoping it helps my hot flashes and my night sweats from menopause
