How do I log into my account? 

We get it - sometimes the basics are the best place to start!  Simply click here and enter your username and password.

How do I change the products I receive through my subscription?

Looking to change things up, huh? No problem. 

  • Log into your account
  • Click "subscription"
  • Select "add/remove" items.

From there you should be able to customize. If you need any help, just reach out to our team!  Of course, if you need personal assistance, our team is happy to help.

How do I pause or adjust my next subscription?

We get it.  Sometimes life gets in the way.  Do you need your order to ship out a bit early this month?

You can update your next shipment date by logging into your account. From there, open "Subscriptions" and click on "Change Shipping Date" or "Snooze." If you have any difficulties, or simply want us to do that for you, just send our customer experience team a message and let us know you're looking to change your next refill date.

 

Can I reactivate my subscription? 

Missing your Mojo? You can reactivate your subscription at anytime. Simply log into your account, click "subscriptions", and select "reactivate to turn your subscription back on. If you need support, our team is always happy to help.

 

How do I update my credit card information? 

You can change or update your card information by logging into your account and selecting "billing" to get things going.

 

When is my next delivery? 

Login into your account and review the orders section to see when your next order is going to be processed. You will also receive an email  24 hours before your order ships with a heads up. Once the order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email and can also review your account for additional details.

 

How do I cancel my subscription? 

As an alternative to canceling a subscription, did you know you can modify your subscription here? For example, if you find yourself with too many lozenges, you can skip months. You're in control here. If you'd still like to cancel a subscription or order, please get in touch with us and we'll get that taken care of.
